今日で1月が終わる。 佐々木洋品店が再開したのが1月1日。 時間が経つのは早い。 今月は1月14日までカスタムオーダーのスーパーボロボロジャケットを製作し、15日から佐々木印の新作を製作。 17日間で15点作れる事が出来た。なかなか良いペースで仕事ができている。 1か月間作りまくったら30点はいけそうだ。 いろんな作品を製作し、皆さんに古いものの可能性を示したい！ Today is end of January. Our store reopened at 1st January. Time passes so quickly. I was making SUPER BORO BORO JACKET til 14th, and I started to make new works from 15th. I could make 15 item in 17 days. I tell myself “ Your works is not bad! “ I want to show a lot of people various works what make by old stuff.

こんにちは。 ここ最近、私は縫いまくっています。 とにかく糸と針で縫っています。 Hello. This week, I am sewing by handwork. I use "Sashiko" thread and "For sashiko" needles. 私はこの刺し子の縫い方を綺麗に上手にしないように縫っています。 これがまた難しいです。 綺麗に縫う人には敵いません。 なぜなら私はめちゃくちゃだらしなく、適当な男だからです笑 先日もどこかに書きましたが、この私の悪い部分、短所な部分を 長所と捉え、ここを売りにしていこうと思っています。 きっとこの「下手さ」を「可愛さ」と捉えてくれる人がいるはずです。 My mending method is not beautiful. I try not to sew beautiful. Because I can't win those who sew beautiful. I am not good at sewing delicately. But I thought my weakness will be strength. So I wish there is someone who liked my poor sewing skills. Thank you!

今日で5歳になった息子。 最近では急に身長が伸びて、 一丁前な喋り方をし、 毎日幼稚園に行っている。 いつも元気に楽しく遊んでる。 健康とは本当に良いものだ。 息子はまだ病気の薬を飲んでいるので、 厳密に言うと治療はまだ終わってない。 それでも毎日苦い薬を飲み、 毎日幼稚園に行っている。 とても偉い。 この日常がいつまでも続けば良いと願います。 お誕生日おめでとう！ （０歳） Today is my son's birthday, Recently he is growing up suddenly, he go to kindergarten everyday. He always play well. Health is really good. My son is still taking medicine for disease, strictly speaking, his treatment is not over. He takes bitter medicine every day. He is very great! I proud him. I hope this daily life will last forever. Happy birthday, my son. （5歳）

こんにちは。 昨日は休んでましたが、早朝5時起きして、骨董市に向かいました。すでにインスタにも掲載しておりますが、たくさん良いものが買えました。 いつもお世話になってる人がたくさん溜めててくれていて、今まで骨董市で買い付けた中でも最高額でした。 キャッシュレスの時代、現金をたくさん持っていってて良かったです。 Yesterday is holiday, I rested with family. But I woke up 5:00 early morning, I visited small antique flea market. I already posted about this on Instagram, I could get a lot of fabric. I am so happy and I want to make new works by these fabric. さて今日はこちらのバッグをご紹介します。 このボロバッグは以前も作ったバッグのように、定規を使わず、アイロンを使わず、とにかく感覚で作ったバッグです。 By the way, I introduce about this bag. This Boro bag is strange form. I introduce about patchwork jacket from that. このジャケットはコンパクトなサイズ感で小さめです。小柄な方も着れるサイズ感となります。 もともとリペアされておりましたが、それでもダメージや薄くなってる箇所があったので私がさらにパッチワークと赤と黄色の糸で刺し子をしました。 This jacket is small size, women can wear it. こんにちは。 私は今、ボロバッグを製作中。 ここ最近はひたすらビンテージリメイクを製作していましたし、ネットショップにも載せていたのはほとんどビンテージリメイクでしたので、この辺でボロを差し込もうと思いました。現在製作中のボロバッグはこれ。 Hello. I am making “Boro bag” . Recently I was making & listing on web store “Vintage remake series”,   so I want to use Japanese Boro. This is progress of Boro bag. 厚手の生地を適当に裁断し、適当縫っている。 『適当』と言うと聞こえはあまり良くないが、これが私に合っている。 私は定規を使い、アイロンでビシッと折り目をつけて、真っ直ぐにミシンで縫う事が苦手だからです。笑 I am using very thick fabric, I didn’t use the ruler. Always I don’t measure. Yes I am not detail oriented. I am not good at measure, sewing machine and ironing. えっ！ミシンを使ったり、定規を使ったりして作った方が効率良いし、楽じゃないの？ と聞こえてきますが、そっちの方が楽な気もしますが、私は苦痛とも感じます。 長くこの仕事をしたいので苦手な事は極力避けたいです。 Almost people may think that this method is inefficient. Today, I introduce about SASAKI-JIRUSHI patchwork hunting jacket. 先日紹介したグレーブラックとはまた雰囲気の異なる今回のハンティングジャケット。 素材はコットンピケで柔らかくなってます。 このジャケットはすでに茶色のダック地でパッチワークされていました。袖や襟部分など。 しかしそれでは不十分だったので、私なりに当て布と刺し子を施しました。 This jacket is brown cotton pique fabric. The fabric already became soft. And this jacket was patched brown duck cotton on collar and sleeves already when I got this. 昨日Xファイル2018をやっと見終えた。 日本で放送開始したのは1995年、私が14歳の頃だった。 初回のエピソード1を観て、私は熱烈なファンとなった。このエピソード1は今までに何度観たかも覚えてないくらい繰り返し繰り返し観た。 Yesterday, finally I finished watching X-files 2018 on Hulu. The X-files started Japan in 1995, I was 14 years old. When I watched episode 1, I became big fun. I watched the episode 1 over and over. Xファイルは私の人生の教科書のようなものだった。好きなことを追求する主人公モルダーと、嘘を上手に隠蔽するスモーキングマン。綺麗事だけではこの世の中渡り歩けないということを早々に教えてもらったような気がした。 The X-files is my life textbook. Mulder pursue favorite things, the Cigarette smoking man covers up all things. I was taught about life is difficult. あれから25年、いまだにモルダーとスカリーが好きだが、スカリーがXファイル2018でおしまいということをネットニュースで見てショックを受けている。 モルダーだけでも良いから、ずーっとXファイルを続けて欲しいと日本の片隅から願っています。 25years since then, I still like Mulder and Scully. Today, I introduce about this hunting jacket. このジャケットはとても小さめで、女性の方でも160センチ前後の方がピッタリで着れるサイズ感のものです。 なぜこれくらい小さいかと言うと、私の推測ですが、おそらく子供用のジャケットです。 This jacket is very small. I think around 160cm of women can wear fit. こんにちは。 私はなぜパッチワークするのかを考えた。 いつから始めたのか？ 佐々木洋品店を始めるときだ。 2014年、佐々木洋品店のオープン準備中。 妻は佐々木印を作っていた。 その当時からアンティークリネンと日本の古布を用いて、洋服を作っていた。 Hello. I am thinking about why I do patchwork. When did I start patchwork? It’s in 2014. We were preparing for opening SASAKI-YOHINTEN of real store at Gunma. At the time, my wife have made SASAKI-JIRUSHI by antique linen and Japanese boro fabric. 私はその時、『どーすれば佐々木洋品店に貢献できるだろう』と考えた。 そして思いついたのが『古着をパッチワークする』でした。 I was thinking about “ How can I contribute to the SASAKI-YOHINTEN?” And I came up with “I mend patchwork clothes”. アメリカ古着のパッチワークでかっこいいものは少ないが、フランス古着のパッチワークでかっこいいものはたくさんあった。 私はまず最初にそれを真似した。 私の原点は『真似』をする事。 そしてたくさんのパッチワークアイテムを作り、パッチワークにも個性が出始めた。 それが今の縫い方だ。 French vintage clothes have a lot of cool patchwork item. こんにちは。 本日は新作スカートのご紹介です。 作り立てホヤホヤ。 Hello. I introduce this skirt today. This is new my work. この生地はフランスの約1世紀前に作られたチェック柄のコットン生地。 おそらく布団カバーかな？という大きめの生地でした。 This fabric is very old, I guess this fabric was made before 100 years in France. I guess this fabric was used bedding. フランスのアンティークの寝具といえばアンティークリネンが一般的でしたが、コットンのチェックでしかも藍染。 素敵です。 I have seeing a lot of French antique bedding of fabric, usually these are antique white linen. But this is cotton, and indigo blue plaid. This is very beautiful! この生地を見つけた時『100年前の農婦が穿いていたようなスカート』を作ろうと思いました。 私は以前、こういうスカートを作っていました。 When I found this, I thought that 『I want to make a skirt that seems like Farmer’s skirt』. Before, I have made these skirts. これらは日本の古布を使い、『100年前のフランスで農婦が着てそうなスカート』を作っていました。 しかし今回は実際フランスのアンティーク生地を手に入れたので、それを作るしかないと思いました！ I made these skirts by Japanese antique fabric.
