先日、今年中にやりたい事を書きました。

Before 4 days, I wrote on blog that “ I have some things that I want to do until end of year.”

作業場と撮影部屋を綺麗にする

→製作中のため出来ない

年賀状を作る

→現在制作中

新作を作る

→まだ出来ていない

•I will take pictures of 30 item for reopening our website.

→I can’t do it yet.

I will make 3 custom-orders of crowdfunding perk

→I finished 2 custom-orders. I gonna to make another custom-order soon. 

I will dye to purchased some item.

→Done!

I will change to simple our store's website.

→I can’t do it yet.

I will restock goods for shipping.

→Done!

I will clean up work room and shooting room.

→I can’t do it yet.

I will make new year cards.

→Just now I am making them.

I will make new “SASAKI-JIRUSHI”.

→I can’t do it yet.

こんな感じで、12月も残り半分ですが

半分出来ていないものがあります。

今日中に年賀状制作を終わらせれば一気にいろいろ進みそうです。

December is the other half.

I finished do the list a half.

Today, I want to finish making Nengajo.

さて、昨日はこれらが届きました。

アンティークやビンテージ古着を染めたもの。

By the way, I received them yesterday.

These are dyed antique clothes.

いつもは茶色や黒といった色も染めていました。それは妻のアンティークリネンの製作において、『この色も作ってみたい』というリクエストがあったからです。

Always we dyed black and brown.

These color were requested from my wife.

She was making clothes by French antique linens. So she thought that want to make various color linens.

現在そのアンティークリネンシリーズはお休み中なので、一度原点に戻り『ブルー』だけで染めました。

But she stop to making clothes once because our daughter was born this April.

So I dyed to only blue because I need to go back to the basics.

私が最初にフランスに行ったのは2011年でした。東日本大地震の年、私たち夫婦は『何か違う』と感じ、2009年から始めていた古着屋のスタイルを変えました。

It was 2011 that we visited to France first time, the year, there was big earthquake in Japan. And then my wife and I thought that “We have to change, we have to go to other countries for find something.”

その当時、フランスで初めて見たアンティークの服に感激し、たくさん買いました。

するとよく見ると、白いものばかり。

個人的にはその頃に『藍染』にも興味を持ち始めていたので、『白いアンティークを染めてみたい』と思い、染めました。

これが最初だったと思います。

When we found French antique clothes first time, I was moved. Then we purchased a lot of clothes.

But almost all of antique clothes’s color was white. 

At that time I was interested in “Natural indigo-dyed ” , so I wanted white clothes to dyed to blue.

It was first time I dyed.

あれから8年、いつ見てもこの色は好きです。飽きません。

そして、古着たちは色が変われば、雰囲気も全く変わります。

染めたものを改めて見ると、新しい感激があります。

これらの古着は再開後にたくさんネットショップに載せますのでお待ち下さいませ。

（というか、撮影してる時間はあるのだろうか…）

I love both white and blue.
