そしてお久しぶりです。

2週間ぶりの更新となりますね！

How are you???

I'm writing an article for the first time in two weeks.

11月10日から買い付けの旅に出て、無事に21日に帰国しました。

今回はフランスをまわりました。

パリを中心に南フランスへ行き、ノルマンディー地方にも行き、国境を超えてロンドンまで行ってきました。

I went to trip for buying antique fabric and clothes from 10 November, and then I came back to Japan 21 November. 

I visited many city in France.

Paris, South France, Normandy , and I went to London across the border.

ロンドンは買い付けというよりも知り合いとミーティングするために行ったのですが、急遽予定をキャンセルされて、無駄足になってしまうという状態に。

昔の余裕のない私ならキレまくっているところですが、いろいろと壁や山を乗り越えてきた私はそれくらいじゃーもう怒りません。

『あー、無駄になったけど、良い観光できたなー』という仏の顔を持ち合わせておりました笑笑

これはには私も驚きました。

結局ロンドンの街を散策し、ビッグベンを見て、セントジェームズパークを散策し、バッキンガム宮殿を見て、大英博物館を見て…。

歩き疲れて駅でビールを飲んでフランスに戻りました。

Why I went to London? 

I didn’t buy antique fabric, for meeting a friend.

But he suddenly stopped coming to London. He couldn’t come for some reason.

So I have free time suddenly.

I visited Big ben, Buckingham Palace, Saint James Park, British Museum and more. I took some beer in London station , and them I came back to Paris.

さて、今回の旅はいったいどんな感じだったか、そして何を得られたか、ご報告致します。

Anyway, this trip was very good!

So I gonna to report.

まずはマルセイユでの展示会からのお話。

『マリアンヌキャット』という、マルセイユで30年以上やってるお店からお話を受けました。

ここのお店のオーナーさんは今まで何百人という日本人デザイナーに声をかけてきたとの事。ヨージヤマモトやイッセイミヤケの服も昔は取り扱っていたそうです。

そんなお店に声をかけていただいた私は光栄に思い、メールをもらった時、即座に『はい、やります』と答えました。

メールをもらった時はまだ息子と闘病生活をしていた頃でした。

First, about Wabi Sabi exhibition at Marseille.

I have received an email from “Marianne Cat” about that before 4 month.

This store is running from about 30 years before.

I heard that the owner of this store met over 100 Japanese designer so far.

This store sold Issey Miyake and Yoji Yamamoto before.

I was very honored when I received email.

So I just said “ I want to join !” . 

マルセイユに到着した私は

そのお店に行き、展示スペースを見せてもらいました。とても素敵にディスプレイされて、ほかのアーティストの作品もたくさん並んでいました。

I arrived at Marseille, and then I visited “Marianne Cat”.

This store is beautiful , amazing store.

And works of other artists are wonderful. 

I am proud that my works exhibited here.

本当に素敵なお店。

この展示会は11月30日まで。残り1週間です。

The period of this exhibition “Wabi Sabi” almost finish, until 30 November.
