About Patchwork jacket/パッチワークジャケットについて

台風の爪痕、日数が経ってその激しさ、自然の脅威を目の当たりにして、ただ驚いております。

Hello.

I am surprised about damaged by typhoon. 

先日『マルベロ』というイベントに行ってきました。ここは丸森という場所で行われておりました。

丸森は自然も多く、新しい感覚の人が多く起業家を誘致してると聞いておりました。

ベーシックインカムの制度をいち早く取り入れていて『すごいなー』と思っておりました。

また齋理屋敷という歴史ある建造物があり、『スーパーボロボロシリーズを展示してみたいなー』と思っていました。

スタートアップ企業を誘致し、大自然に囲まれて、歴史あるものを大事にしている街。

とても魅力的な街が今とても大変な事に…。

本当に、心の底から、早い復興を願っております。

The other day, I went to event of “Maruvelo” at Marumori Miyagi.

This town is very beautiful. 

This town has beautiful nature and big river, and  this town invite start-up companies and begin “Basic income”. 

And this town has old building, these pictures are  “Sairi-Yashiki”. 

This is Japanese traditional house for rich family.

I am thinking that” I want exhibit of SUPER BORO BORO SERIES this place” .

But now...

I hope for an early recovery.

今日はパッチワークジャケットについて。

クラウドファンディングのリターンにもある『パッチワークジャケットのセミオーダー』です。

I write about Custom made of Patchwork jacket on Crowdfunding. 

これまで数え切れないほどのパッチワークジャケットを制作してきました。

そして同じものは一切ありません。

全て一点もので、同じものを作らないというよりも、作れないんです。

I made a lot of patchwork jackets so far.

And there is nothing same design. 

Because I can’t make same design of patchwork jacket. 

一つ一つのワークジャケットは色は違うし、サイズは違うし、ダメージ受けてる場所が違います。

そして合わせる当て布も既製品の布は一切使っておらず、すべて古い生地を用いておりますので、同じものが存在出来ないという方式になっております。

Every single item has a different size.

And damaged spots is different, faded color is different and patched fabric is different. 

I use old item and old fabric.

So I can’t make same design.

そのセミオーダーをお客様のサイズに近づけて、そしてお好みの色合いと、色あせ具合の希望を聞き、想像しているパッチワークに近いものにしたいと考えております。

This custom made is special.

I ask to customer about size, color, patched place and more.

And I will make according to that hope.

セミオーダーという機会はおそらくクラウドファンディング中にしか承ることが出来ません。クラウドファンディング終了後に『オーダーしてください』と言われると、スケジュール上困ってしまうので、是非この機会によろしくお願い申し上げます。
